Help us host genuine sangha-wide conversations.
About the Community Engagement Initiative
The Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) is a series of sangha-wide conversations designed to encourage connection, collective reflection, and new directions forward for our community.
Beginning with deep exploration, each of these conversations will move into personal, local, and mandala-wide action.
What We'll Discuss
We'll host inclusive and genuine discussions on the key topics affecting our community, such as:
- The future of Shambhala governance.
- Our teachings, dharma, and practice paths.
- Our community's relationship to lineage.
- Building stronger relationships across our differences.
We are a mixture of 11 Process Team members and community volunteers. We are actively seeking facilitators of any background and practice path to join our team.
How to Join Us
We are looking for facilitators to help plan, organize, and host community conversations. We welcome any experience or training you have in group facilitation. To get started, let us know you're interested.
All are eagerly invited as participants; please introduce yourself! Mention the topics you're most interested in and your language preferences, and we will be in touch with you as we move forward.
