We offer this culmination of our learnings, which was crafted by drawing on input from across the Process Team. Though a few PT members’ views differ significantly from what we have shared here, we have worked with our differing perspectives with open hearts and minds and have learned a great deal together. We are grateful to be able to share these lessons, as well as recommendations for Year 2, with the Shambhala community.

We would like to acknowledge and thank all members of the PT – past and present – for being willing to step forward into the unknown in order to be of benefit to the Shambhala community. We would also like to thank the members of the community who have sent us their thoughts, feedback, and encouragement over the last 12 months.

In the coming year, we look forward to engaging more deeply with the community as a whole, and to helping create effective spaces for us, together, to process the challenges facing Shambhala. We thank you for reading this document, and we welcome and encourage your feedback and participation as we move forward together.
